Dispatch
Ready products are normally prepared for dispatch after order and payment verification. Made-to-order or craft-intensive products may show a longer preparation timeline on the product page or order communication.
Tracking
Carrier and tracking details appear under My Orders after dispatch. Delivery estimates are indicative and can change because of courier, weather or regional conditions.
